What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, the analysis you have in mind, an optional preferred date, and the message you write about the application. From a sitting: counterpart names, access details you choose to share, traces, and correspondence. From the website technically: the local consent record described on the cookies page, and ordinary server logs your host may keep.
We do not ask for health information, government identifiers, or payment card numbers on this website. We do not run a store.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to answer you and to quote or refuse a sitting. We use sitting materials to perform the analysis, write the report, hold the walkthrough, invoice, and keep a record if a refund or complaint follows. We do not sell mailing lists.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can recognise a repeated brief. Closed sitting files, including reports, are kept for seven years, which covers ordinary Australian limitation periods for contract claims. You may ask us to delete an enquiry earlier; we may retain what we must keep for law, dispute, or accounting.
Your rights
You may request access to personal information we hold about you, and correction of what is wrong. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies as described on the cookies page. You may complain to us first at hello@listenervertexgrid.digital. If you are not satisfied, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is the Australian regulator for many privacy complaints.
Sharing
We share information with the people inside this practice who need it for the sitting, with professional advisers, and with a host that stores email or files, under arrangements that keep the information in confidence. We do not sell it.
International transfers
Some email or file hosts may store copies outside Australia. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled with comparable care, and we tell counterparts in a sitting if a trace must leave the country to be read.
Children
This site is written for people commissioning professional analysis. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will date a revised notice on this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you have had a chance to read it; sittings already accepted keep the notice in force on the acceptance date unless the law requires otherwise.
