- On-Site Collaboration Requirements: Fully remote delivery worldwide vs. dedicated on-site workshop days in Bangkok, Thailand.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: 50% deposit upon contract signature and kickoff alignment; 50% upon final delivery and completion of the engineering debrief workshops.
- Accepted Payment Methods: International bank wire transfer (SWIFT) or domestic bank transfer in Thailand (THB).
- Tax Invoices: Official tax receipts and withholding tax certificates provided in accordance with Thai corporate revenue regulations.
